At SUKUUK (P2P finance), you can finance your dream property with the help of a wide range of investors from all over the world. With regular repayments, you reduce the investors’ stake in your property, and you pay a monthly rent for the outstanding stake. Thus you profit as a buyer from fair participation on an equal footing – interest-free and without speculation.

Together with your personal advisor, your financial options are reviewed for healthy real estate financing and you will create a sound plan together. For example, the following points are highlighted: Needs analysis, budget calculation, credit rating, property value, financing amount, equity, term and payment schedule.
Scoring (evaluation) is determined from the above and other information. The score achieved in the scoring determines the order of financing that comes onto the platform.

Funding phase and contracts
Your residential property is offered on our crowd platform as an investment for investors from all over the world. As soon as the funding amount is reached, you arrange a notary appointment and sign the purchase contract. The shareholding relationships are contractually agreed between you and the investors.
Moving in and purchase of shares
Once you move in, you already start to enjoy the benefits of owning your own home. You pay rent for the investors’ stake in your property. As you make monthly repayments, your share of the project increases. At the same time, your rent will decrease.
Free from repayment and rent
With the final payment, the investors’ participation is terminated and the land charge in the land register is deleted. You are now free from repayment and rent.
